Brief Answer:
Not related to masturbation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Tingling sensation in limbs is not associated with masturbation.
Is there any neck pain, swelling, Joint pain, decreased sensation, skin discoloration patches, diabetes?
Any weakness or difficulty in gripping?
You can get examined by a neurologist and get some blood investigation like vitamin B 12, blood sugar, urea.
Other testings if required may be planned later on.
For treatment take vitamin B 12 supplementation eg tetrafol plus, vibrania, rejunex.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
