What Causes Tingling And Pressure Feeling In Left Side Of Head?

Question: Hi sir
I am XXXXXXX from XXXX my age is 28.
I am feeling continues pressure and tingling on my left side of head from last 5 days (2 inch above left ear)
This same happened 3 months back that time I went through MRI and report was ok.
Now I am unable to focus my regular work as this is disturbing me last 5 days
Should I go for MRI again

I have gone through your question and undestand your concerns.
Headache in young age is mostly primary headache like migraine or tension type.
Unilateral headache , pulsating nature associated with nausea or vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound occurs in migraine. But the headache is mostly for less than 72 hours.
If previous MRI was normal then possibility of finding in new MRI is nil.
You should take pain killers like naproxen or aceclofenac .
Avoid fasting, meal skipping, decreased sleep, stress, chocolates and coffee.
Regular medications may be required if headache occurs more than 14 days a month.

But there is no headache I'm feeling pressure on left side .it is like someone is pressing from left and feeling tingling.

Hello,

Sometimes anxiety has such pressure feeling. Even migraine sometimes present with heaviness rather than headache. Take pain killers for few days. Anti-anxiety drugs can be added if needed.
