: Is there any neck pain, radiation to hand?
:Are there any factors which increase tingling like sleeping, lifting weight, Flexing neck?
: Any history of Diabetes, Alcohol, chronic drug intake, low vitamin B12?
: Is there any focal deficit or sensory loss in hand?
