Brief Answer:
Probably peripheral neuropathy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Your symptoms are more likely to have as a cause peripheral neuropathy, or small nerves damage by several conditions.

Most common conditions that cause neuropathy are: diabetes, excessive alcohol use, low levels of vitamins of group B, certain drugs, nerve compression.

So, if your medical condition fit in one of above mentioned possibilities, that is probably causing your symptoms.

If no, tests are needed to diagnose your condition.

Tests include full blood count, vitamin B6 and B12 level, blood sugar levels, and nerve function studies (EMG, ENG).

Gabapentin should improve your symptoms.

I suggest you to discuss with your treating Doctor about above mentioned possibilities as cause of your symptoms.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
