Brief Answer:
It can be low serum B 12

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and numbness which you are feeling can be due to lack of B 12. I would like to suggest you some investigation.
1. Ra factor
2. Serum B 12 estimation
3. Thyroid and diabetes check
After these investigations, we can decide further line of treatment.
Till you get these tests I would recommend you to take tablet methylcobal once daily.
I hope this answer will be helpful to you. Let me know results of these tests.
Thanks
