Detailed Answer:
Welcome at HCM...

I have gone through your query and being your physician I appreciate your health concerns.

Buzzing feeling in head most probably appears due to the ear problem. It is called tinnitus. You really need to get your hearing function tests. Regarding flickering lights in head, if it is associated with headache then it really needs evaluation.

Please elaborate your symptoms so that I am better able to help you. Please answer the following questions:
Do you have diabetes or hypertension?
Are you taking any medicines ?
Is there any systemic illness you are suffering from?
Any decreased hearing?
Drug history is crucial in this regard.

I really appreciate your follow up.
Since buzzing is not continuous and is not associated with headache and hearing problem, then it should not bother you much.
It is most probably due to the EFEXOR as a side effect. you should really discuss it your attending physician so that it can be sorted out well.
As you have stated that your hearing appears fine but i still think there is need to get it tested , particularly if there is any history of a sensation of whirling and loss of balance < vertigo>.
Hope it helps, if you still have any feel free to ask
