Brief Answer: Could be due to a nerve root irritation . Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for your query. Tingling sensation in the hand could be due to a nerve root irritation in the cervical spine. To exactly diagnose this problem, you need a MRI scan. Momentarily, take daily supplementation of Vit B2,B6 & B12 to suppress the symptoms of tingling in the hand.
