Question : I had a gastric band fill this morning, since coming home I have had terrible discomfort and tingling in my shoulder and down my right arm, so much so that I feel sick and a bit dizzy?

Hello
there is possibility of nerve compression leading to tingling and pain in shoulder and arm.
usually gastric and oesophageal pain may radiate to shoulder.
After consulting your doctor you may take anti acids medication like esmoprazol. and neurotropic like pregabalin may help.
