Brief Answer:
seems innocuous and drug induced

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!
What you are having seems like an early sign of gastric discomfort secondary to gastritis. Now the three drugs you mentioned are all criminal in gastric discomforts from nausea vomiting and discomforts specially prednisone. Cheratussin and azithromycin also gives gastric discomfort.
You are young and just 27. If there has been no such history in past of GI discomfort i am sure it will resolve with discontinuation of medicines after completing the 4 days course of azithromycin. And stop prednisone unless needed utterly.
Manage your symptoms symptomatically, get some antispasmodics, some antacids, avoid sweets, chocolates, tomatoes, sauces , spices , NSIADs etc.
If the problem persists seek a gastroenterologist and let them sort it out for you.Seems innocuous and easily managable. SO no worries.
Take care and dont forget to close the discussion please.
May the odds be ever in your favour.
