Brief Answer:
It could be fissures if burning is present. Kindly read ahead

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Fresh red blood per rectum alogwith burning sensation could point towards fissures.
Fissures are like small tear in anal canal which occurs due to hard stools caused because of constipation.
They cause fresh bleeding and burning sensation during passing stools.
But it will need inspection to confirm and also see the extent of tear.
I would recommend you to consult a general surgeon for diagnosis and confirmation.
Though tingling in feet is not explained with this problem.
Are you diabetic? Or recently diagnosed? If yes then is the blood sugars well controlled? Because it might cause peripheral neuropathy and cause burning and tingling in feet also.
So kindly answer me above questions and meanwhile consult your doctor for diagnosis of fissures.
If ylu have any questions kindly ask me.
Thank you
