It started a couple weeks ago off and on. But it started again at 2am until 7am today. No I did not injure my hand. This is the 3rd time it has happened.. It tingling numb. It very uncomtortable like when your foot falls asleep. Last night was the worse I've had it and the longest. I felt very fatigued today and feel asleep at lunch. No I'm not diabetic. I do have a problem with my discs in my back. The 7 and 8 disc is disentagrated. No accidents they are just gone. I am on warfin because my blood cots. I've had every test and gone to the mayo clinic know one know why it does this. I'm not sure what's going on with my hand. Could I be having a stroke??? Should I go to the ER????
Brief Answer:
Please upload the MRI images/Exact reason for warfarin therapy.

Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing details.
I have reviewed your detailed medical history. There can be a few reasons for the symptoms you are having-
1)Cervical disc problems causing root compression can cause these problems. Please upload MRI spine image/CD(You can upload CD on google drive and share the link here) so that I can see the extent of the discs involvement and whether they are actually causing any nerve radicle compression.
2)Sensory seizures-Sometimes focal sensory seizures can present like this in one limb.MRI Brain should be done to rule out any epileptogenic focus.Electroencephalogram(EEG) if done during the episode can be helpful.
3)Rarely,demyelinating disorder like Multiple sclerosis(MS) may manifest like this.Again,MRI Brain and Spine can help rule it out.
4)Transient ischemic attack-Not stroke, but 'Transient ischemic attack'(TIA) can manifest like this.
Please upload the MRI Brain and MRI Spine.Get the EEG done during the episode.
Please tell in detail what was the disease(actual blood clot problem) for which you are taking warfarin. For how long you are taking warfarin.
Waiting for your follow-up question.
