What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness In Left Hand?

Read below.
Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
It is a good thing that you have done an MRI of the head since you have excluded a stroke or tumor manifesting with focal seizures (tingling and numbness) with evolvement in generalized seizure (blackouts). Since blackouts can as well originate in the heart problem it is a good to have done rhythm monitoring.
If the heart monitor comes out alright, I think your neck should be investigated as well. Degenerative spinal issues could cause compression of the nerve roots or the spine manifesting with tingling episodes as well as compression of cervical blood vessels supplying with blood the posterior part of the brain which are in close contact with the vertebral column. Transitory lack of blood supply could cause the black out episodes. Those vessels could be studied with a Doppler ultrasound or even better a neck MRI which could evaluate both nerve root and vessel involvement.
Another possibility might be the two things not being related to each other, and having a pinched nerve accompanied coincidentally with heart issues, orthostatic hypotension etc.
I remain at your disposal for other questions.
