Brief Answer:
Need evaluation, many possibilities

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Tingling fingers and pain at night at the age of 75 is a common symptom at this age and has multiple causes. Mostly benign causes like poor posture in sleep and relief on changing it or changing the pillow helps. If the tingling is chronic and persistent then other causes of peripheral neuropathy need to be evaluated. Commonest causes are nerve damage, nerve compression also called pinched nerve, some underlying metabolic disorder like diabetes mellitus, alcoholism, vitamin deficiencies like B1, B6 and B12 etc.

Nutshell it has thousands of possibilities and need narrowing of possible differentials by getting evaluated for this neuropathy. Talk to your doctor / neurologist and let thems ort it out for you. I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
