Question : Hi I am a smoker age 46 and I am having tingling and pain in my right arm, pretty much all over my arm. Worried it could be something serious.

I read your query and understood your concerns.

The pain isn't typical for serious life threatening situation. In most of the cases it's caused by muscle and skeletal issues, which are relieved with NSAID (advil).

However I would recommend to schedule for the following examinations to exclude any problem:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Chest x-ray
- Cardiac echo
