Brief Answer:
Nerve compression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Have you been wearing tight underwear or had some long travel recently?
If yes, such symptoms seem to be caused by a genitofemoral nerve injury due to compression. It is not a serious issue as this nerve is responsible for skin sensing only.
And it should go away by its own.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
