ive had a tingling sensation around my lips, inside my mouth, my mouth feels dry, face feels tight and my glands a little swollen for several days?

Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are going through.

From the symptoms you are referring, it seems that you are going through an oral/throat infection, most probably due to virus.

I advise to:
- keep good oral hygiene
- take OTC anti-inflammatory medications
- take a mixture of honey with soda bicarbonate and keep in your mouth as long as you can
- watch if you get high fever; if yes, then, should consult with your physician as most probably there would be a bacterial co-infection and need prescription antibiotics to take
- avoid too hot foods/drinks and chilly/spicy foods

If no improvement, then, should consult with your physician for further evaluation and more specific treatment.
