Question : YES I HAVE HOSHIMOTOS AND HAVE FEET FACE AND ARM TINGLINGLING, IS THIS POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF THAT OR SOMETHING ELSE, I am quite concerned about MS

Besides, people with hasimoto's disease can also have vitamin b12 deficiency due to associated pernicious anemia. It is worth checking for Vitamin B12 levels. Please get a fasting blood sugar also done.
Multiple Sclerosis ( MS) presents with more obvious signs than tingling alone. However, you may need an examination and tests to evaluate further.
