Needs correlation and work up after 24 hours if persists

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!

I read your question and i understand your concern. WIth history of anxiety and klonopin, all the symptoms except fever can be explained. Headaches, tingling hands and dizziness can be connected to anxiety.

But the issue of fever might have a role here too. Now getting out a car is very sudden and vague to connect the dots here. I mean if you got out of the car, it might be the cold weather the gushing cold wind itself can trigger sudden throbbing headaches and sinuses induced headaches. Tingling sensation is a symptom with thousands of etiologies. If you don't have any neurological condition then i am sure it is innocuous and self resolving.
The dizziness, We all know that even a simple flu shot may cause dizziness too. So unless it is a recurrent and permanent thing, all you need to do for it is tke some antivert. And if it persists then an otorhinolaryngological exam.

Now the fever. As you know as a RN that fever is a symptom when there is an infection. It could be viral or bacterial. An infection from head to toe can cause fever. With headaches and dizziness. the likely origin of this infection is sinus related and involving ear as this infection of otorhinolaryngology origin may explain both headaches and dizziness together.

Nutshell. take some antivert for dizziness, ibuprofen or acetaminophen for the fever and wait and see till morning. If the fever is still there, then you should run some labs and sort out the etiology for the infection causing the fever. Right now symptomatic treatment would suffice.

I hope it helps. tke good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

may the odds be ever in your favour.
