Question : Am a man and I can feel some tingling sensation in my left breast and it feels like there something in it.

Enlargement of male breast is Gynaecomastia. If there is no enlargement, no intervention is needed.
At the age of 20, Cancer of the male breast is rare.
The sensation might be due to Nerve supplying the area.
If you still have any doubt,you can get an Ultrasound of the breast after consulting your doctor.
Any swelling inside the breast will be identified.
Till then, no medication is needed.
