Brief Answer:
Possible compressive neuropathies
Detailed Answer:
hi and welcome to hcm.
your symptoms suggest compressive neuropathy which means that nerves of arm are compressed in some level between hand and shoulder. this may be carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome or syndrome of thoracic outlet. to verify exact diagnosis you should do electromioneurography to see which level is involved and then further treatment may be planned. till that you should take vitamin d and diclofenac. also steroid injections may be beneficial. Wish you good health Regards
