Question : My right hand index, ring and next finger went white, tingling.
Like it went to sleep. I was active and just before but sitting at desk when noticed.
Got up and moved around to get blood back in it. 5 minutes latter I was oK.

Brief Answer:
Can be nerve compression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The tingling and loss of blood flow in the fingers that you had was likely to be due to a nerve root compression at the level of cervical vertebrae. MRI scan of the neck will help in diagnosis. it is best to consult a neurologist for proper evaluation and investigations.
