Brief Answer:
Peripheral neuropathy to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Tingling in hands and feet may be a feature of peripheral neuropathy, a condition characterized by small peripheral nerves damage from different causes.

Causes may be diabetes, prolonged alcohol consumption, viral infections, low vitamin B12 etc.

So, it is necessary to get evaluated by your primary care Doctor first, who can order proper blood tests and nerve conduction study in order to achieve a correct diagnosis.

If these conditions will be excluded after tests, anxiety disorder may cause such symptoms.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards.
