What Causes Tingling Sensation On Bump Caused By A Head Injury?

Question: Hit top of my head on a pole 4-5 days ago. Felt nauseous. Didn't throw up or black out. I have been feeling weird for the last couple days. Is this normal? I am also feeling a little bit on tingling by the bump on my head. Is that normal?

The swelling if due to leaking of blood will dissolve in couple of weeks and hot compression will help.
