Question : what is tingling in both cheeks of face no where else, my sister has had a stroke and parkinson disease

Peripheral neuropathy is one of the possible conditions that may cause such dysfunction.

Tingling in face also may be a feature of anxiety disorder, so it is necessary for your sister to get evaluated by her Neurologist about these issues.
