Question : One week ago I broke out in a red itchy rash under my arms and on the inside of my elbows. The only thing different than my routine was eating Salmon for dinner.
It's a week later, and the rash has faded. However, I now have tingling in my arms and hands/fingers which feels like they're asleep.
I had a headache several days this week, and I've been very tired.

Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction or viral rash or drug rash
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your complaints and there are few possibilities.
It could be an allergic reaction to salmon, viral rash or a drug rash.
Did you take any medicines prior to the eruption of the rash?
Apart from underams and elbows, any other sites involved?
Kindly revert with the answers.

The rash is mostly gone and I didn’t take any medications.
What worries me is that a week later my arms and hands feel numb (asleep).

Brief Answer:
Take vitamin E & L carnitine combination capsule
Detailed Answer:
It doesn’t seem to be related to rash.
I would recommend you to take capsule containing combination of vitamin E and L carnitine once daily for 10 days.
This will improve the numbness.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
