What Causes Tingling Throughout Body After Taking Wellbutrin?

You should continue the medication
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
The effects you described are referred to as paresthesia which occur in up to 2 percent of patients taking Wellbutrin (Bupropion). This is not a serious side effect and usually subsides gradually within a week or so. You should continue the medication. There is no need to stop it based on paresthesia alone.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Yes, twitching can occur in roughly 1 to 2 percent of the patients taking bupropion.
Tremors can occur in up to 6 percent of patients.
Twitching will also subside within a week. However , if it persists then calcium levels can be checked as hypocalcemia can cause such twitching among other causes and dose of wellbutrin can be considered for lowering.
