What Causes Tinnitus Along With Dizziness After Continuous Exposure To Loud Sounds?

Question: Ive had tinnitus since april this year. Ent said i have inner damge (high frequencies)right and left ear, more on left. My question is some light headedness normal. Im never off balance just a lil steadiness. I do work around loud machinery most my life i am 56

A continuous exposure to loud sounds can lead to sensory neural loss which cab lead to ringing in the ears and dizziness.
You should send me your audiometry report and tell me is there any history of hypertension?

my bp is usually 130/76, l take regularly. my tinnitus comes and goes but manily in left ear. what concerns me, is slight dizziness, usually after a meal. I'm on no medication, except melatonin. the only medication i used was recommended by my gastroenterologist for hemorrhoids, was bromelain. thats about when the tinnitus started, i since stopped the bromelain in april

Thanks for the information.
Sensory neural loss can lead to both tinnitus and imbalance. you should continue with the medicines you are taking and take tablet betahistine 16mg twice daily for 15 days.
Also take capable vitamin b12 1500 micrograms once daily.
This will help with your symptoms.
You should try using hearing aids for any hearing loss which is usually present in such cases.
This will also relieve the symptoms.
