Question : River rafting 4 days ago, water in ear, plugged for full day, better, no longer plugged but pain in ear and feels like sore throat on same side

I have reviewed this information fully. This is suggestive of an ear infection. I will recommend amoxicillin 100mg thrice daily for 7days. Tylenol would be okay for the pain. The difficulty might be in getting antibiotics as they are not available over the counter. In this case, talk to your doctor and let him confirm the suspicion and provide a script for this.
