Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.
I have a couple pieces of advice for you.
First, a benzodiazepine taper needs to be done under the careful supervision of a doctor -- you should not do this yourself -- as tapering incorrectly can cause seizures, coma, and death. You need to slow down the taper -- you should not be noticing side effects.
Typically a taper involves decreasing the dose by 10% every month or less. Please consult with a doctor in-person about this.
