What Causes Tiny Bumps On Side Of Cheeks?

Question: I have tiny bumps o the left side of my cheek. They do not hurt. But of course I keep feeling them with my tongue. They have been their since I had the flu. Fever vomiting and chills I rinsed my mouth with peroxide but do not know what else to use. They are not on my tongue or lips
