Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms
The tiny bumps is likely to be folliculitis. It is inflammation of hair follicles which occurs due to bacterial colonisation.
It would be very helpful if you could get back to me with clinical photograph for further assessment.
Awaiting your response

Next time you shave, I would advice you local application of Candid B ointment along with T Bact soon after shaving. This will prevent bacterial colonisation of hair follicle. Apply it twice a day for couple of days. Following which application of talcum powder will be helpful.
