Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.
Your sister has papulopustular Rosacea Or Acne Rosacea.
Rosacea is a skin condition characterized by redness, papules and pustules mainly on centrofacial area.
This is not an allergy and I suppose to start Oral antiinflammatory antibiotics like doxycycline Or minocycline. Antibiotics may need to be continued for weeks to months. She needs a prescription for these as they come with certain side effects and needs a good follow up with local doctor.
Topically she may use either clindamycin 1% gel Or metronidazole 1% gel, twice daily.
She may use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion. It is best to avoid soaps on sensitive skin of rosacea.
Because her skin is sensitive she must also use a sunscreen regularly.
I suggest that she visits any of the dermatologists in vicinity for the needful.
