Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Tiredness after bowel movements at age of 29 is likely related to bowel discomfort and prolonged sitting on toilet. If you have constipation , managing that will help. Avoid squatting position for defecation, and use sitting toilets. If its not related to bowels then other possibilities should be evaluated like musculoskeletal problem, electrolyte imbalance or some other neurological issue.

You need a little work up, detailed history and clinical correlation to sort out whether this fatigue and tiredness is related to bowels or some other body organ or system is playing its role.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
