Brief Answer:
Could be due to low testosterone or depression!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this terrible feeling that you have reported. I hope we get to identify the cause of this in order to help you regain or enjoy the quality of live that you long for.

Your symptoms could be explained by a number of different disease conditions. From the information you have provided, low testosterone is one of the possible causes. I will like to know whether you have any other symptoms of low testosterone which may signal an inadequate supplementation like hair loss, low sexual drive and muscle loss. If these are possible symptoms that you are experiencing, then you may want to ask your doctor to check your levels of testosterone and the dosage of supplements.

Another possible cause of these symptoms could be poorly controlled pain. If your back pain is not well controlled, then having these symptoms could be caused by this. Poorly controlled pain is a common cause of depression. Other possible cause include, low thyroid hormone. Doing a rapid TSH level would shed more light on this and see whether you need this to be addressed of not.

In all, we would need to identify the exact cause of you feeling this way. It could be due to poorly treated low testosterone, low thyroid hormone, poorly controlled pain or depression. The exact cause would be addressed to help you feel better. Consult your doctor and discuss these possibilities with him/her for evaluation as possible causes of this.

I hope this helps. I wish you well and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Thank you so much for using our services and I would be happy to continue having this discussion with this until we do something to help you feel better.
