Brief Answer:
Physiological, not something to worry about

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM,

I read your question and I understand your concern.

What you are describing seems like physiological need of having sexual intercourse.
It is not an allergy. Unless you have swelling and rash in your body, but I doubt you have it, because then we need to rule out the cause of it. I can tell with confidence that allergy is not caused by wet dreams.

Some of my advises are:
-- Have a healthy diet, try not to smoke or drink.
-- Get a girlfriend and have a healthy sexual life.
-- I would not recommend seeing porn movies before sleeping or even not seeing them at all, in case you do. They create a surreal idea of sex, and change the expectations of people into unreal ones.
-- Masturbation is healthy to relieve tension.

Hope this is helpful.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
