Question : I'm currently taking Synthryroid 125mg and I'm extremely tired and unable to lose weight. Please review my lab report.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay in the reply. Your thyroid functions are good. Free T4 is in mid normal range and TSH is 1.8. Perfect. No need to change the Synthroid dose. There could be an alternate cause for tiredness. Please get a CBC, fasting blood sugar and 8 AM serum cortisol done.
