Question: hy doctor I feel very tired I CaNT even lift my hands without feeling exhausted I just stopped smoking 3 days now any help why this is happening

Hi dear,

You quit tobacco so you have experienced nicotine withdrawal features like lethargy, weakness, easy irritability, not able to concentrate etc ....

Not to worry about such features it will be gone with in a week by it self and if very disturbing to you there are many medication which help you like Bupropion, nicotine replacement therapy, Verniciline, also etizolam, clonazepam etc...

I would suggest you consult a psychiatrist for detail history and mental status examination. And discuss about above mentioned medication.
