Question : Had a mild stroke in July 2016. My balance has been affected. When I walk I get very tired after about 20 minutes- very flushed- worse in any heat. I stagger, lose control of my muscles and must rest for 10 or 15 minutes. I can then continue a short distance. In the past I have had chronic fatigue syndrom.

Brief Answer:
you seem to be suffering from autonomic neuropathy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

welcome to Health care magic, from your symptoms you seem to be suffering from autonomic neuropathy.
Firstly it needs to be confirmed--best test is the 'tilt table test'. There are various other tests too.
You should avoid rapid change in posture.

If a Diabetic, control it.
If blood pressure is low, increase salt content.
If Blood pressure is high, control it.
Other causes-----
Also check your serum CALCIUM, POTASSIUM, Magnesium and sodium.
L carnitine helps in muscle weakness.
A good anti oxidant containing ALA, SELENIUM, may help.

You can revert back. Regards
