Brief Answer:
Get your thyroid levels checked

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. You seem to have suffered from a viral infection earlier this month. It is not unusual to feel a sense of tiredness and lethargy continue for a while. However, low thyroid levels could also give rise to such a presentation. I would insist you to get your thyroid profile checked. Based on the reports further interventions can be planned.

I would insist you to take Vitamin E supplements like Evion 400 once daily for the next couple of weeks. Take paracetamol or acetaminophen if you feel malaise or body ache/tiredness. It will help you to bounce back.

I will wait for your response.
