Brief Answer:
Firstly get blood tests done

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for your query.

Tiredness and sleeping for long hours can just be a phase of growing up or it can be related to some condition like anemia, diabetes, low thyroid, liver issues, kidney issues, etc. Thus you need to get some basic blood tests done to rule out these conditions like complete blood count, complete metabolic panel, vitamin B12c levels, vitamin D levels, folic acid levels. After getting these blood tests start a mutlivitamin tablet like becosule and after getting the reports you will need to take treatment accordingly.

Sleeping a lot can also lead to tiredness and sleepiness during the day. Thus if you make sure to wake up in time, it may help. Usually 6 - 8 hours of sleep in a day is enough.

Hope it helps.
