Brief Answer:
Do not take stress

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed your report. The thyroid hormone levels are completely normal.
Heavy bleeding and pain during periods can be due to various causes like hormonal disturbances or any pathology in the uterus like fibroid or adenomyosis.
I will suggest you to get an ultrasound done to rule out any uterine pathology.
If all the investigations are normal, then continuous tiredness and feeling sleepy can be due to stress and overwork of managing office, home and a toddler.
It is very common finding in the working mothers as you do not get enough rest, sleep and nutrition due to all these factors.
I will suggest you to take a nutritious diet consisting of high protein like milk and milk products, pulses, sprouts and drink plenty of fluids. Things will settle down as your child grow and becomes more calm and composed.
Do not stress out for small issues.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
