Question : hello, my BP is 100/60 from last 3 days and pulse is 101.

I m feeling very tired, dizzy and weak with severe head ache.

I m not taking any medicines as of now. please let me know if I have to consult a doctor.

Hi,

The symptoms you have doesn't point to anything very serious. However if the symptoms are significant enough to trouble you / reduce work efficiency, I think it will be worthwhile to see a doctor.

The symptoms may be an indication of acute infection, anemia or a thyroid disorder. We need set of tests along with physical examination to narrow down the diagnosis. Therefore the need to see a doctor.
