Brief Answer:
I would refer you to a multidisciplinary hospital.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Apologies for the late reply...

Weakness of limbs can be due to range of cause including varicose veins. Therefore without a thorough clinical examination and detailed evaluation, a definitive cause cannot be isolated.

Varicose veins are treated both conservatively with tight compression stockings and through surgical means (vein stripping). Both these treatment are done under care of general surgeons. But before stepping into this treatment it is always advisable to find the real cause of weakness. So in my opinion, the right place to visit is a multidisciplinary medical institute where you can find all specialist under one roof. You can try the one closest to your location. If you are from XXXXXXX you may try hospitals like XXXXXXX Hall. Let me know if you are from any other location.

All the best.

Regards
