Brief Answer:
Need evaluation...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Symptoms of feeling tiredness, low hearing, neck stiffness and vision issues are non specific complaints. It's difficult to come to an conclusion based on these symptoms alone. I am unable to find links that can connect all these based on details provided by you. Perhaps a detailed clinical history and physical examination will provide those clues to link them.
However from the details provided, I would order for metabolic test - serum electrolytes, blood sugar and renal parameters. Abnormalities in electrolytes and blood sugar secondary to those medications can cause tiredness/weakness, hearing difficulties and visual changes.

Until you have results of physical examination and blood results, continue the drugs as instructed. Drink as much fluids as you are allowed too. Make sure you rest adequately and monitor for new symptoms.

Overall, I did not find any issues to be overly concerned about. Please see your doctor for those tests and examination.

Hope this information guides you towards right treatment. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
