Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain sensitivity of teeth can be due to multiple causes..
1. If it is a single tooth that is sensitive then it can be due to either decay in tooth that is deepening or can be due to wearing away of tooth material leading to opening up of nerve endings on the tooth surface..

2. It there are multiple teeth it can be due to wearing of top layer of teeth leading to Dentinal Hypersensitivity..

Please answer the following queries so that I can guide you better..
1.Do you have decay or cavities in your molars?
2. Are they sensitive to hot and cold both?
3. Since how long is sensitivity present?
4. Do you ever experience sensitivity in any other teeth also other than molars?

Please revert back with answers..

Thanks and regards.
