Seems to be due to Urinary Tract Infection. Needs treatment!!!
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the consultation at my virtual clinic!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns today and will put my best efforts to get you out of this situation.
Probabilities:-
It seems to be due to urinary tract infection and is very common issue in old age and in people with low immunity. Infections are more common when genito-urinary hygiene is not proper. So, keep the genital areas clean and always wipe from front to backward (never from back to front).
Diagnostic Studies needed:-
CBC
Urine complete examination.
Urine culture and sensitivity test.
Ultrasound kidney ureter and bladder.
Medication guide:-
If I was your treating physician, I would have prescribed you with Nitrofurantoin to be taken by mouth if not allergic to.
Take cranberry juice as this is best for the urinary tract infections.
Keep a judicious supply of clean drinking water.
Referral suggestion:-
If you feel nothing is working anymore for you, it will be the high time to consult a Urologist, who in the presence of above said Lab test reports will do your thorough examination and may also need to go for Cystoscopy to see any issues with lower urinary tract. He may need to add some additional treatment options accordingly.
Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you with expert opinion.
