Brief Answer:
Prostate is highly vascular

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

At this there is mild to mod enlargement of prostate. This is common and if symptomatic it needs treatment by medications/surgery. Since the protstate is enlarged and is highly blood filed structure there tends to breaks the capillary around it. Thus you tend to see RBC in the urine. THis is also evident by increased PSA. Prostate should be checked by Urologist than NP.

If there is treated UTI, there can be WBC present for some days in the urine samples. How many days was the antibiotic treatment given for UTI.

Hope this answers fine.
