Question : Hi! Ihave been facing a tightening sensation on the right side of my neck as i tilt my head towards the left shoulder and when i place my hand on the right side it feels like there's a swelling but its not visible..its like a knot..i think it appears to be in the upper trapezius(neck region) and a dull ache near my collarbone region also.. This has been over a month now..

Physiotherapy plays important role in treatment. Physiotherapy like ultrasound and Tens may give you relief.

I have done the mri and other blood tests which reveals early degenerative disc disease with mild diffuse posterior bulge of C4-C5 to C6-C7 discs causing minimal thecal sac indentation
And the blood was with vitamin D deficiency for which i m already taking medicines
The thing that is bothering me is this swelling or bump whatever it is..
What could be the other lymph node infection symptoms if you could tell me please

Cervical disc bulge can lead to tightness feeling.
Another possibility can be lipoma causing compression over nerve.
