Brief Answer:
May be an infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic. The symptoms you describe could be a rigor. This is an episode of shivering which could indicate an infection. The low blood pressure and racing heart would support this possibility. Lower abdominal pain may indicate a urinary or pelvic source of infection.
If you still feel unwell, I suggest you see your doctor for investigation. A blood test and urine test may help with the diagnosis.
I hope this is of help. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Regards,
Dr K A Pottinger
