Brief Answer:
Its better to change the medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.

Geodon has a tendency to cause extrapyramidal symptoms. Now that you are not tolerating 80mg then it would not be wise to increase the dose further. It would be wise to switch to a drug which has less tendency to cause extra pyramidal side effects.
Olanzapine and quetiapine are two such antipsychotics which can be very effective as well as safe. You may cross taper the medicines over one month.

Hope I am able to answer your concerns.

If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.

Brief Answer:
Not a good option in your case

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.

Latuda is a good drug and effective for mania as well.
However for those who are sensitive to the extra pyramidal side effects (eps) of antipsychotics, latuda can cause eps symptoms too. Hence it is not a nice choice for you.

Kind regards
